All Photos By Victor Modlinski Taste Of Polonia - A Festival For All Time... Focal Prism Content Policy Written and Compiled By Victor Modlinski. The Taste of Polonia Festival has been held at The Copernicus Center in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago ever since 1980. I had the privilege of attending many of the fests over the years since. The time has come for me to share with you all of the photos and videos I was able to produce and some of the artifacts I was able to collect. Believe me, I enjoyed every moment of it. The people, the music, the food and the atmosphere made it a great place to hang out, listen to some tunes, drink some cold ones and enjoy some really great Polish cuisine. I spent many days there doing just that... I hope I am able to convey some of the good times I had by showing you how I saw it through the lens of my cameras.
